1. Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • Account data: Apple or Google identity, email, display name, account status, country or region.
  • Profile and settings data: display preferences, account settings, language, and entitlement status.
  • User content: uploaded sketches, revised sketches, reference images, teacher demo images, prompts, correction notes, analysis outputs, annotation layers, comparison reports, training records, exports, and related metadata.
  • Media metadata: media id, object key, MIME type, dimensions, file size, hash, status, and timestamps.
  • AI job data: AIJob id, provider, model, parameters, status, provider cost, errors, and logs.
  • Billing data: StoreKit transaction identifiers, product ids, subscription status, payment order records, and credit ledger records.
  • Consent data: consent type, policy version, locale, platform, accepted time, revoked time, optional IP and user-agent hashes.
  • Technical data: request id, IP address, user-agent, diagnostics, security events, crash or error logs if configured.
  • DMCA and dispute data: copyright notices, counter-notices, evidence, content ids, case events, and account actions.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide login, upload, sketch analysis, annotation, comparison, training record, storage, export, subscription, and credit services.
  • Call OpenRouter and downstream AI providers to process AI requests.
  • Store media in object storage and generate short-lived access URLs.
  • Process payments, credits, refunds, subscriptions, fraud prevention, and billing support.
  • Enforce consents, account gates, acceptable-use rules, rate limits, and security controls.
  • Handle copyright, DMCA, takedown, counter-notice, repeat infringer, legal, and dispute processes.
  • Debug, monitor, improve, and protect the service.
  • Comply with App Store review, tax, accounting, legal, safety, and operational requirements.

3. Third-Party Processors

Sketch Flow may use third-party services including:

  • Apple, App Store, and StoreKit.
  • Google Sign-In.
  • OpenRouter and downstream AI providers.
  • Cloudflare R2 or future object storage and CDN providers.
  • Email, logging, error monitoring, analytics, or customer support providers if configured.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Because AI processing and object storage are core service dependencies, user content may be transmitted to service providers when needed to provide Sketch Flow features.

4. AI And Training

V1 private user content is not used to train app-owned models. V1 private user content is not used in public galleries, public marketing, or public case studies without separate consent.

OpenRouter and downstream AI providers may process prompts, sketches, references, and outputs according to their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Cookies And Tracking

Sketch Flow V1 is iOS-first. If web legal pages or support pages use cookies, analytics, or logs, they should be documented before launch. Marketing opt-in is separate and optional.

6. Retention And Deletion

Users may request account deletion in the app. Ordinary profile and user-facing content may be deleted or anonymized.

Some records may be retained, restricted, or anonymized when needed for billing, accounting, fraud prevention, security, App Store compliance, legal claims, DMCA, disputes, consent proof, account deletion proof, CreditLedger, PaymentOrder, AIJob, ExportRecord, and other compliance records.

Media deletion uses soft delete and delayed object-storage cleanup.

7. Your Choices And Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or request information about your data. You may revoke optional consents. Revoking required Terms or Privacy consent means you may not be able to continue using the service.

8. Children

Sketch Flow is not intended for children or users below the minimum age required by applicable law and App Store rules.

9. Security

Sketch Flow uses technical and organizational safeguards such as token-based authentication, signed media URLs, role-limited service access, secret scanning, and audit-friendly records. No system is perfectly secure.

10. Changes

Sketch Flow may update this Privacy Policy. Material updates may require renewed consent before continued use.
